Q: How much is a standard package of Reishi D?
A: The suggested retail price of a standard package of Reishi D is $128 CAD plus tax.  Good New Day offer promotion discount from time to time so come back and check our website often.

Q: Where is Reishi D manufactured?
A: Reishi D is manufactured in USA by GMP certified manufacturer.

Q: What are the main ingredients of Reishi D?
A: The 4 main ingredients of Reishi D are Ganoderma Lucidum Spore, Ganoderma Lucidum Extract, Cordyceps Sinensis and Propolis.  They are formulated into a perfect proportion and put into capsules for easily intake.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship our product from Canada within Canada, to USA and internationally.  We have customers from Switzerland, France, Panama, Korea, Hong Kong and Australia.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: That depends on where you are and your choice of shipment method.  Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. For Standard Shipment, allow 5 to 10 business days for shipment within Canada, 1 to 2 weeks to US and 4 to 6 weeks to other locations.

Q: How fast is Express Shipment?
A: It depends on where you are.  Please contact us with shipping address.  We’ll be happy to give you an estimated shipping time.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.  We will also give you tracking information for use on the courier’s website.

Q: Is delivery signature required?
A: Signature Confirmation is required for Canadian and US orders but might not be available for some countries.  Delivery Confirmation is available for most locations.

Q: How much does it cost me to ship my order?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Shipping fee is waived for Canadian order.

Q: How soon do I have to make payment on PayPal?  How soon will you charge my credit card?
A: Orders that are not paid up will remain in the system for about 2 weeks before being removed.  So you do have some time to create your PayPal account.  Payment will be charged to your credit card within a day or two to ensure we can ship your order within 2 to 3 days. 

Q: I have accidentally clicked confirm order a few times.  Will I be charged multiple times?
A: Our staff will review orders before processing payment.  We have been very good at spotting duplicates.  We care about our customers. We will process one order only and will get confirmation from you about the duplicates.

Q: Can I use a US dollar credit card to pay for my order?
A: Yes.  Charge on your credit card depends on the exchange rate that your credit card company use.  Prices on Good New Day are in Canadian dollars.  Your credit card company will do the currency exchange.

Q: Do I pay sales tax when I order online?
A: Yes and No.  Canadian orders are subject to HST while foreign orders are not.  The current rate of HST is 12%.

Q: Can I pay by PayPal?
A: Yes.  That is a good payment method to use.  There are tools on PayPal for buyers to track orders as well.  Actually, you could choose to pay by credit cards through PayPal.  For more detail, please visit PayPal’s website.

Q: What credit cards do you accept for payment?
A: We accept VISA card and Master card on our site.  If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you would have more options.  Please visit PayPal's website for more information.

Q: The billing company shown on my credit card for my order is different than goodnewday.com.  Why?
A: www.goodnewday.com is solely owned by Coffee-Tea.com, which is also the billing company for all orders.  As of May 2011, all orders paid either by credit card or PayPal are processed by Coffee-Tea.com.  All contacts regarding orders on www.goodnewday.com should be sent to info@goodnewday.com or billing@goodnewday.com to ensure your question get to the right person.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: An order can be canceled within 24 hours after it is placed.  Cancellation must be done by email or fax with subject line "Order Cancellation" and confirmation number of the order.  Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled because we do not resell returned order.

Q: Why can’t I cancel my order after it is shipped?
A: In order to protect our customers, returned Reishi D packages will be destroyed.  We only ship packages that we receive directly from Canada Reishi D International Inc.

Q: Do you sell my information?
A: Good New Day respects customers’ privacy.  We will not sell your information to third party.  However, we will contact you about future promotion on Good New Day.

Q: I don’t want to receive promotion offers from you.  Do you need anything from me to remove me from the list?
A: We respect your decision.  All you need to do is to send us an email with subject line “unsubscribe” from the email account that you have registered at Good New Day.

Q: I think my package has been tempered with.  What can I do?
A: Should you believe the product you received might have been tampered with during delivery, please take pictures of the original package before opening it, keep all packaging material, delivery slips, receipts, etc and contact us at info@goodnewday.com.

Q: What if I am not home when the order is delivered to me?
A: Postal Service in Canada and USA allow anybody residing at the destination address to receive the package.  In case no one answers the door, a pickup notice will be left and you can pick up the package at your local postal outlet.

Q: What do I need in order to pick up my order that postal outlet?
A: If you are to pick up your package at your local postal outlet, you will need IDs and proof of address.  Please check your local postal office for their pickup requirement. 

Q: Can I have someone else pickup my order at postal outlet?
A: Most postal services require the recipient named on the parcel to pick it up in person unless some form of authorization or power of attorney is in placed at your local post office.  We strongly recommend you to check with your local postal outlet if you will not be present to pick up your parcel.  Please note that Good New Day is not responsible for parcel that is not picked up by customers.

Q: Do I have to pay tax, duty or tariff on Reishi D order?
A: Sales Tax applies on all orders placed on www.goodnewday.com unless otherwise stated.  We have not heard of duty or tariff payment from our customers so far.  Many countries allow citizens to bring in products from overseas for personal consumption.  It is wise to check with your local official for customs information.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are complying with your countries customs information.

Q: What if my order never arrives?
A: In case of any shipping concern, please contact us.  We will connect with postal services to locate the product and resolve the situation for you.  If the product is lost, we will send you new package.

Q: What if your company make a mistake on the delivery address of my order?
A: If our customer does not receive an order because we put the wrong address on the parcel, we will ship the order again to the correct address or issue a refund to the customer.

Q: What will happen to undeliverable Reishi D orders?
A: For customer’s safety concern, undeliverable Reishi D orders that are returned to our office will be destroyed regardless of the reason of their return.

Q: Do I have to register to buy anything?
A: Understanding many customers have privacy concern on shopping site registration, we don’t require customer login.  However, registered customers are entitled to exclusive discount and promotion offer from time to time.
