Store & Shipping Policies

• Products are for retail not for resell.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• All orders must be prepaid.
• 12% HST applies in Canada.
  
• Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
• For standard shipment, allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipment within Canada and US, and 4 to 6 weeks to other locations.
• Delivery time varies depending on postal situation and delivery option chosen.
• Tax, tariff and duty are customers’ responsibility.
• It is customers’ responsibility to comply with residing country’s import regulation.
• In order to protect our clients, Good New Day does not resell returned shipping.  IE Undeliverable product returned to our office will not be put on the shelves again.
• Therefore, once a package has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• It is customers’ responsibility to arrange receive or pickup of order at ship-to address or local postal outlet.
• We use new packaging materials only.
• We ship to Canada, USA and internationally.  When unsure, customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering.
• Shipping time for Express Shipping varies depending on location.  Please contact us before ordering.
  
• Good New Day reserves the right to decline an order.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellation is accepted ONLY if cancellation is made by email or fax within 24 hours from your order placement to be eligible for a refund.  For customer safety reason, once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and refund because the products returned will not be sold again.  Should you have any question regarding our refund policy please contact us.

Security Policy

Access to customer information is password protected. Our staff will not ask you for your password.   In case you forget your password, you can get it via email by using “Lost Your Password” page.  Do not give or share your password with anyone else.
